Our numerous quality control procedures ensure that our clients receive the professional cleaning their business needs on the schedule they require.
Some of our Quality Control Procedures include regular quality checks by both a dedicated Building Supervisor, an Area Supervisor, and a Director of Quality Control.
Our Director of Quality control personally reviews every client’s program regularly to ensure our services are meeting your needs, and that every detail is attended to. Each of our clients is also assigned a dedicated Building Supervisor who is responsible for the daily completion of all tasks and managing staff.
The Building Supervisor is available to our clients 24-hours a day to respond to any emergency need, and is in daily communication with the Area Supervisor regarding requests for additional services or specific areas which may require focused attention.
The Area Supervisor is the direct contact with each of our clients, and is responsible for ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services. Area supervisors are also available 24-hours-a-day, and typically visit each site on a daily basis to review the facility under active business conditions.
Additionally, our Quality Control Managers conduct frequent, unscheduled visits to each client in order to review the facility’s conditions and make sure our quality standards are met. Quality Control Managers also provide training sessions of all of our employees.
