Advanced Employee Training
We provide initial, ongoing, and refresher training courses for all of our team members. Specialty training is provided for advanced cleaning locations such as cleanrooms and BioTech firms.
Comprehensive Background Checks
All of our cleaners have undergone thorough state background checks in accordance with individual state regulations. We also conduct security checks through the Office of Public Safety, Criminal History Systems Board for Criminal Offender Record information, and Sex Offender Registry Information (CORI/SORI).
Zero Tolerance Policies
S.J. Services has a zero tolerance policy for the use of drugs or alcohol and conducts regular screenings for such behavior. Additionally, we adhere to a zero theft policy for the protection of our clients.
Building Access Controls
Each of our team members and Supervisors will be assigned to the same facilities each day. They will follow strict key control policies for entrance and exit of the facilities in adherence to the clients needs. Substitute team members will be given access and the client will be notified of the change in staff.
Team Member Identification
In order to maintain security, our team members will wear both a uniform and an identification badge that recognizes them as a member of our professional cleaning team.
Notification of Security Issues
Our trained team members have been taught to identify and report security issues to a supervisor who will bring the concern to both our leadership and the client themselves. A plan for any suspicious occurrences or issues will then be coordinated with the client.
